Description
Westaff is now hiring a Receptionist for a State Agency in South Baton Rouge
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of the office by handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Job duties : Maintain clear and concise communication Maintain positive relationships with all guests. Ensure excellent customer service through proper phone etiquette, answering calls promptly and accurately. Excellent communication and computer skills. May create and print badges for guests, so typing and computer skills are required. May send and respond to emails. Other duties as assigned.
