Project Engineer Intern

The Project Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the project management and project engineering teams while collaborating with colleagues to complete a project throughout the internship. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Completing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA / QC, submittals, etc.)
• Managing jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging / orientation paperwork
• Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials
• Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets
• Supporting subcontractor and vendor management
• Attending project meetings and preparing meeting notes as needed
• Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts
• Assisting with craft productivity tracking
