If youre passionate about outcomes and inspired by the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare infrastructure, we want you on our best-in-class team. / ppThe FPA group is responsible for overseeing the organizations financial planning efforts, providing insight into portfolio performance, and enabling actionable outcomes and data-driven decisions across the organization through the utilization of new, creative technology solutions. / ppThis position will focus on portfolio level and property level analysis and will support the processes outlined above. In addition, this position will : conduct variance analysis relative to forecast and investigate material differences; support forecasting and reporting efforts leveraging Anaplan and Power BI; support ongoing collaboration efforts with operating partners around data and operational insights; support ad hoc segment analysis; create and maintain updated financial models; liaise with departments across the organization. / ppKey responsibilities include : assisting with seniors housing property-level budgeting and forecasting; conducting variance analysis and providing commentary outlining key performance drivers; supporting operational analysis to drive improved property-level outcomes across core business verticals; assisting with and supporting quarterly non-GAAP disclosure, generation, and review; presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis via systematic and ad hoc reporting; working across cross functional teams as needed to provide insights into base-level data; reviewing property, operator and portfolio level financial statements including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements; participating in regular performance meetings with segment level leadership; performing all other duties as assigned. / ppOther duties include : please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of this employee for this job.
