A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Troubleshoot order issues, platform access, product questions, and general support needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in education or EdTech
Proficient in using support tools and CRMs, with Salesforce experience preferred
Empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Spanish proficiency preferred
