Business Development Telecom Sales

Are you a Retired or Semi-Retired Telecom Sales Professional or a Retired / Semi-Retired Construction Decision Maker with strong industry connections? We invite you to join CellAntenna Wireless as a Remote Partner in our Commission-Only Program.

About the Role

This is a work-from-home, flexible-hours opportunity designed for experienced professionals who want to stay engaged in the industry without the demands of a full-time job.

You will leverage your existing relationships and network to identify opportunities where signal enhancement and connectivity solutions are needed, including :

  • Public Safety & BDA DAS - (ERRCS)
  • Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / 7 Systems
  • Cellular DAS & Private LTE

What We Offer

  • Commission-only, earn unlimited money up to 10% of gross profit on projects you help initiate.
  • No quotas, no fixed hours work when you want, from where you want.
  • Full support : digital brochures, capability statements, and engineering backup.
  • Be part of a company with 24+ years of experience, ISO 9001 certification, and clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, IKEA, Hilton, HCA, Baycare, Cleveland Clinic, VA Hospitals, Robins and Morton, Mill Creek Residential etc

    • Industry Background

  • 10+ years in Telecommunications Sales, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience with BDA DAS, Wi-Fi, Cellular DAS Systems, or Commercial Construction projects.

    • Responsibilities

  • Use your network to spot and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Introduce CellAntenna Wireless services to contacts in healthcare, construction, government, and enterprise sectors.
  • Position our solutions for cellular coverage improvement, public safety compliance, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our technical pre-sales team we handle design, engineering, and project delivery.
