What You'll Do

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Analyze cost trends, labor, production, and operational performance

Assist with month-end close and financial modeling

Provide data-driven insights to operations and finance leadership

Help identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings

Maintain accuracy of financial data and support special projects

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
