Vice President of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure efficient and effective management of resources and services

Direct business operations to achieve high performance and participate in strategic planning

Build relationships at all organizational levels and lead a team of District Managers

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree required

7+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in management

Corporate / business dining experience required for external applicants

Experience in personnel management, including hiring and evaluation

Proven ability to enhance profitability and align with business strategy
