Key Responsibilities

Develop cloud-based, data-driven solutions for the Telecom Experience Platform

Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance Contact Center Systems Experience

Represent the team as a subject matter expert for applications in the technical application portfolio

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications

OR completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience

OR Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology related field and 4 years related work experience

Strong expertise in C# .NET development, SQL Server, and Restful APIs

Proficient with AWS (S3), SFTP, SSIS, and SQL Server Service Broker
