Demonstrated experience providing therapy to adults in a clinical setting. Strong commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Excellent communication, empathy, and organization skills. Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment while collaborating within a virtual team. 100% telehealth flexibility —work from anywhere in California. Position Summary
We are seeking a California fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our expanding telehealth team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and the connection of a supportive clinical community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for adults through secure telehealth sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership through case consultations and team meetings.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
