Salary : $135k-165k
Schedule : Monday-Friday, Flexible Hours. On-call duties included.

The Opportunity : We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established clinic in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time, W2 position offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, on-call duties, and the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do :
- Provide exceptional patient care in family or internal medicine, treating patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions with a patient-centered approach.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management (because clear communication saves lives-and time).
