[job_card.job_description]Assist with external audits and tax preparation activities. Develop & document accounting procedures & policies to ensure timely financial reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation with accounting operations. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. May perform other job duties as assigned. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 5+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong Excel skills. Excellent problem solving abilities with high attention to detail. Senior Accounting Specialist
We are Mid-Atlantics largest industrial pump and process equipment solutions provider. Having locations in Baltimore Maryland and Aston and York Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Senior Accounting Specialist .

What You Get To Do
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Support functions including accounts payable and receivable processes, sales tax reporting, inventory accounting, fixed asset
accounting, and internal accounting controls and annual audits.
