At AnaVation, we provide unmatched value to our customers and employees through innovative solutions and an engaging culture.  Description of Task to be Performed : AnaVation seeking a highly skilled mid-level Sofware Developer to join a team developing a secure, full-stack web application using and NestJS to deliver integrated case management and analytics for a sensitive, high-profile program.The ideal candidate will lead technical efforts across the stack, from database management and API development to front-end delivery. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and other developers to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet mission-critical objectives. Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications for case management and analytics.
• Lead technical implementation for major features and act as a subject matter expert on key integrations and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to decompose epics into actionable Agile stories and tasks under the SAFe methodology.
• Design and implement scalable NestJS microservices and TypeScript REST APIs with Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
• Develop responsive, component-driven UIs using React, , Storybook, and Jest.
• Manage and maintain PostgreSQL-based database infrastructure using Liquibase for schema migrations and Prisma for ORM data persistence.
• Champion best practices in TDD, code reviews, and architectural decision-making to ensure high-quality, maintainable software delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative engineering culture.This position requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility This position is on-site in Washington DC with no remote option
