MIGS in Buffalo, NY

An exciting opportunity for a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join our growing Women's Health Service at Trinity Medical WNY in Buffalo, New York. We have robust gynecologic surgery volume and wish to recruit someone with expertise in minimally invasive procedures, including robotic assisted surgery and experience with the surgical management of endometriosis.

Trinity Medical, WNY, is the multispecialty physician group of Catholic Health System and has outpatient offices located throughout the Buffalo-Niagara Region. Supported by a strong staff and ancillary services within a 6 hospital integrated healthcare system, Trinity Medical has a strong multi-specialty presence in the Western New York region.

Key Requirements:
  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Medicine with either a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
  • Current and unrestricted New York State Medical License and DEA
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible
  • Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Fellowship preferred
  • We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about managing complex gynecological conditions
Job Description:
  • The candidate must possess strong communications skills and enjoy excellent interpersonal relationships with professional staff, medical colleagues, referring physicians, and administration.
  • He/she must be clinically driven, self-motivated, exceptionally competent, honest and hardworking.
  • Strive to maintain accepted standards of practice in accordance with the responsibilities conferred by the State, profession and society.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care in a patient centered, team-based environment.
  • Promoting patient awareness of the nature of patient’s illness, condition, treatment proposal or its alternatives with reasonable explanations of expected outcomes, potential complications and length of recovery.
  • Promoting the delivery of quality care, quality reporting and adherence to the policies and procedures developed for continuous performance improvement.
  • Oversees residents and medical student education.

  • Salary range: $450k - $550K
  • Arrival Bonus: $25,000
