Litigation Paralegal

Clark May Price has an immediate need for a litigation paralegal. The role will include assistance in the defense of hospitals and other medical providers in litigated matters. Prior medical malpractice litigation experience or other specialized medical background or knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities include seeking third-party medical records, review and analysis of medical records from a case-specific perspective, assistance in preparation and review of discovery, and trial preparation and attendance. Candidates must be familiar with electronic court filing and electronic file maintenance and be proficient with Microsoft business products. Salary is commensurate with background and experience, and benefits include health insurance, life insurance, long term disability insurance, and 401(k).
