Florida Licensed Litigation Specialist

A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality service and proactive solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Audit complex residential and commercial open claim files for accuracy and compliance with company and state guidelines

Perform analysis of lawsuits to assess viability of settlements versus continued litigation and present findings to management

Manage relationships with internal and external customers while participating in legal meetings and identifying training needs

Required Qualifications

4 years of Florida first-party property claim handling experience

2 years of litigation experience

1 year of technical experience with estimating software and repair methodology

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education
