Position: Business Analyst

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to strengthen business process excellence, optimize cross-functional workflows, and enhance visibility into key commercial activities such as NBO (New Business Opportunity) tracking and funnel management. This role will drive requirements definition, solution architecture, and adoption for high-value workflows, partnering closely with the BU & Group IT and select vendors to ensure secure, supportable integrations with ERP/PLM/CRM systems and excel-native data. The position requires a blend of process excellence, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on familiarity with Microsoft tools to accelerate our digital transformation and support our rapid growth in AI/ML interconnects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to define and document business processes across commercial, engineering, operations, and finance, with a particular emphasis on NBO tracking, commercial workflow clarity, and funnel visibility.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear process requirements, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve handoffs, and enhance execution across teams.
- Convert business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and solution designs for reporting, workflow improvements, and practical automation using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or existing internal platforms.
- Lead projects from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, project planning, timeline management, coordination across functions, and risk mitigation.
- Drive the intake, prioritization, and delivery of business process and reporting initiatives; support structured project reviews, UAT activities, change management, and adoption.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including current-state and future-state process maps, standard templates, and workflow documentation to support consistent global alignment.
- Support governance standards related to documentation, workflows, permissions, and process definitions to ensure consistency, data quality, and operational clarity.
- Develop and track KPIs that measure the impact of workflow improvements, project execution, and operational performance.
- Any other activities required by the business to support its growth and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an MBA or Lean/Six Sigma background is beneficial.
- 5–8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, or project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence across multiple levels and global functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, create and execute project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive results.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar workflow/reporting platforms is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Excel capabilities and comfort interpreting data to build reporting structures or dashboards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global sites.
