Principal Responsibilities:
The Development Director is responsible for creating, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the mission and financial sustainability of the organization. This role oversees all development activities, including individual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships, special events, and donor stewardship. The Development Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely and collaboratively with the organization's staff, board of directors, volunteers, alumni, and donors of the greater community to meet annual revenue goals.
