Your Key Responsibilities :

• Lead one or more transformation initiatives for all or part of the end to end cycle from discovery and business case through to implementation, change management and benefits realization. Projects will vary across people / org, process, systems, product or cost related objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
• Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation
