Chief Executive Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic growth plan focusing on fundraising, leadership development, and outreach

Establish organizational priorities and measurable goals, supporting the Executive Director in decision-making frameworks

Build and strengthen financial operations and fundraising programs to achieve the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, management, or operations roles

Strong background in mentoring or developing senior leaders

Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor relations

Growth-oriented leader with experience in building systems from the ground up

Demonstrated interest in community safety work through employment or volunteer activities
