Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
Provide personalized assistance to ensure exceptional customer service
Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
Must currently reside in Hawaii
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months of Customer Service experience
Basic typing / computer experience with excellent navigational skills
High-speed Internet access with specific upload and download speed requirements
