Job Description

Operations & Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Administrative Coordinator to play a central role in supporting our client's leadership team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position spans multiple functions, from office management and executive support to light finance and IT assistance, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to resource for the team.

What You'll Do

  • Be the hub of office operations : welcome guests, manage communications, and keep schedules organized.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support expense reporting, data entry, and other administrative processes with accuracy.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, recommending improvements when needed.
  • Provide executive-level support to senior leaders and assist with IT troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to company culture by helping plan team events and maintaining internal communications.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, positive team player who thrives under deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Location : Towson, MD

    Pay : 60,000-65,000
