Key Responsibilities

Lead market and interconnection strategy, focusing on ERCOT rules and large load interconnection processes

Support project development and execution by managing databases and assessing project requirements

Represent the company at stakeholder meetings and advocate for large-load grid integration

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in project development in energy and data center infrastructure

Proven track record navigating the TDSP Interconnection Process and ERCOT Market Rules

Experience leading multiple projects with exemplary execution

Experience working in high-performing teams and scaling organizations

Education or degree in Management or Engineering
