Overview

The team is looking for an experienced, people-centered Office Manager to help lead and stabilize the Complete Smiles - Mountain View location. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong patient relationships, and a positive team culture.

  • Experienced leader (preferably with dental or medical office management background).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

  • Monday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
  • Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Thursday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM - (Admin day)
  • Saturday : Closed
  • Sunday : Closed

    • Compensation

  • Hourly Range : $25 $30 / hr
  • Range allows flexibility based on experience
  • PTO and free dental care available
