Position Summary :

Were seeking a dynamic Project Leader to join our Program Management team in the Life Science this role youll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized / Service Business Segment interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies and academic / hospital clinical centers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion
• Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies.
• Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion
• Handle and communicate project scope schedule resources and finances to key interested parties
• Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation
• Spearhead external collaboration initiatives
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Apply project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $83300.00$125000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes :
