What You’ll Do :

Proactively greet and assist customers in finding the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and needs

Build trust and rapport through exceptional product knowledge and attentive service

Guide customers through the entire sales process — from introduction to delivery

Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business

Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (automotive experience a plus, but not required!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn — we’ll provide the training!
