Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical implementation of their low / no-code platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Program Managers to understand client requirements and define program scope

Lead the configuration and enhancement of low / no-code applications, ensuring successful implementation

Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation and provide feedback for process improvements

Required Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of SQL and JavaScript

Ability to manage multiple programs from kickoff to launch

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

Alignment with the mission to support hard-to-reach communities

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and innovate
