[job_card.job_description]Position is in the hospital Operating Room Patient ratios are 1 RN to 2 patients Responsibilities include general and trauma OR cases Day shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts from 6 : 45 to 15 : 15 On-call required with 9-12 shifts per 6-week period, including possible weekend coverage Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities within scope Epic EMR is used and training will be provided Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for general and trauma surgeries as assigned Candidates may be required to float to other locations within the system as needed Up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed during assignment Pre-start and orientation modules, including Epic training, must be completed before start Team will provide support and training on Epic and equipment use as needed Tenure policy requires an 18-month break in service before reapplying for a travel role No travel partners accepted for this assignment Active MO or compact RN license required; both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license must be in hand due to floating requirements BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience, including trauma At least 1 full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months without a gap greater than 90 days First-time travelers accepted No local candidates accepted; must live at least 75 miles from the facility Pending license accepted Two professional references from the past year required, one supervisor-level or higher and one charge RN Drug screening and lab completion required as part of onboarding High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
