A company is looking for a Development Manager-Information Technology to lead their development team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of internal developers, providing clear expectations and ongoing support
Manage project intake, task assignments, and ensure balanced workloads
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and prioritize incoming requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management or project leadership role
Proven leadership style characterized by urgency and ownership
Technical fluency in Azure, APIs, SQL / MySQL, and scripting concepts
Experience implementing process improvements and enhancing workflows
