A company is looking for a Manager, Workday HCM Services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Workday experts to implement and support HCM solutions across various departments

Manage the Workday Roadmap for the HCM module, prioritizing change requests and enhancements

Oversee the Workday HCM Services team, including hiring, performance management, and team development

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and reporting

Experience in long-term Workday roadmap planning and aligning functional priorities

3+ years of people management experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Workday HCM certifications preferred
