Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within an educational setting. Located in West Fargo, ND, this role involves supporting students across various schools and may include travel between school sites to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for compliance and communication purposes.
  • Travel between multiple school locations as required.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working within school settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage travel between different schools.
