About the Role
We are seeking a temporary Compensation Project Manager to provide project management and operational support to the Compensation Design & Delivery team while the team is down resources.
This role focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintaining a clear calendar of deliverables, coordinating workflows across teams, and ensuring timely updates for MBR / QBR reporting.
This position will not own programs, but will ensure compensation workstreams are well-organized, deadlines are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, and high-quality enablement materials are produced to support managers and People partners.
You will work closely with the Compensation Design team, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics, helping with project tracking, reporting, and content creation.

Operational Workflow & Cross-Team Coordination Ensuring day-to-day compensation operations run smoothly by coordinating deadlines, tasks, and dependencies across the team.
Maintaining and publishing a central calendar of upcoming deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Coordinating work between the Compensation Design team, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics to ensure alignment on tasks, data inputs, and timelines.
MBR / QBR Reporting & Status Consolidation Managing recurring compensation reporting workflows (MBRs, QBRs), ensuring updates are collected, consolidated, and presented in a clear, executive-ready format.
Tracking progress, risks, and blockers across workstreams and proactively escalating issues.
Enablement, Training, and Communications Creating enablement materials such as :
Training decks How-to guides Process documentation Resource pages / internal wiki updates Compensation cycle communications Stakeholder-ready summaries and templates Supporting the polishing, version control, and distribution of materials across stakeholders.
Ensuring materials reflect consistent messaging, brand alignment, and up-to-date processes.
Documentation, Processes & Resource Maintenance Maintaining compensation documentation, workflow guides, and internal wiki content. Supporting alignment of compensation processes across DoorDash and Wolt (, off-cycle awards, job family changes, level change workflows).
Ensuring process documentation and workbooks remain current, accurate, and easy to navigate.
Project Management & Tracking Supporting task tracking systems, project plans, and cross-functional workflows to ensure visibility and accountability.
Coordinating reviews, routing materials, and maintaining structured project documentation.
Light Analytics & Reporting Support (Preferred but Not Required) Assisting with basic data analysis, data prep, and spreadsheet-based tracking (, reporting inputs, headcount lists, compensation templates).
Using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to help structure data, maintain dashboards, or prepare reporting extracts.
Working with People Analytics to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inputs for leadership reporting.
