Description :

This position will actively support the testing of healthcare products crucial to patient's safety efforts within the healthcare industry. This role includes performing lab-scale polymerization reactions, coating adhesive solutions into films, and physical properties testing. Work is performed as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation : $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Benchtop testing that includes physical, chemical and optical analyses
• Perform lab scale polymerization reactions and maintain equipment
• Design and execute experiments
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments, experiments and process updates
• Provide critical guidance into finished manufacturing process design
• Create written laboratory reports to accurately record and analyze testing results
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements :

This position will be cross functional and will require good time management skills and a high level of independence after the training phase. Good organizational skills, record keeping and follow through will be integral to success.The candidate will need to communicate effectively verbally and by e-mail.The candidate would be expected to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
