As the Residential Superintendent, you will be responsible for :

• Overseeing daily on-site operations for high-end residential remodeling projects
• Managing subcontractors and trades with accountability and professionalism
• Ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, aligned with architect and designer specifications
• Maintaining schedules, sequencing work, and coordinating project milestones
• Conducting quality-control inspections to ensure flawless finishes
• Enforcing jobsite safety and clean, organized work environments
• Coordinating with Project Managers and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction
• Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and finish schedules with expert-level detail
• Proactively solving field issues, preventing delays before they happen
• Representing the brand with integrity and white-glove client interaction
