We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Accounting - Corporate and Consolidations to join our team in Houston, United States. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee our corporate accounting functions and financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management for our organization.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading and managing the corporate accounting and financial consolidation teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
• Overseeing the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Directing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity and compliance
• Collaborating with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes
• Overseeing the implementation and optimization of financial reporting and consolidation systems
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
