** What You’ll Do:**

• Outbound calling to potential leads with unlimited opportunities
• Guide homeowners through the solar buying process with clarity and confidence
• Build rapport, handle objections, and clearly present all financing options
• Maintain CRM records and meet weekly/monthly closing targets

Compensation:

• ** Base Pay:** $18/hr
• ** Commission:** Competitive tiered structure + bonuses
• ** Top closers earn $5K–$10K+ monthly**
