Roles & Responsibilities

Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of retreat operations with the Retreat Director Manager on duty when the Retreat Director is not present. Lead by example : achieve personal sales goals as well as team sales goals. Coach team members to achieve peak performance. Create a positive team environment that is passionate about providing guest service. Meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales and retail management experience. Experience in managing hourly wage employees. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. People-oriented with strong guest service skills and public relations. Working knowledge of computers and standard software. Industry knowledge and experience preferred. Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
