Job Summary

We are seeking Department of Behavioral Health Qualified Mental Health Professionals for Adults and Children to work  in the Richmond / Henrico / Chesterfield area.

Job Type : Contract

Responsibilities

  • Perform Individual Sessions
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to guide skills building and / or intensive in-home activities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all agency and licensing standards

    • Qualifications (minimal)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar human services field
  • Current and unrestricted Department of Behavioral Health Certification as QMHP-A / C
  • Previous experience as a behavioral health counselor highly recommended
  • Valid Virginia Drivers License and Insurance
