Pay Range : $28.00-$38.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials

Benefits : Medical Insurance, 401k, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, and Personal Time.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and execute high-quality installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires leadership, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will lead a small crew, ensure work meets or exceeds code, and train junior installers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior installers
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ensure installations comply with all local codes and safety standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and customers on-site
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork promptly
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience on every job

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership responsibilities
  • EPA Universal certification (required); N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
