Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, Software & Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of revenue cycle management (RCM) implementation projects from kickoff through go-live

Serve as the primary implementation contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and understanding of their workflows

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for go-live and maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related implementation roles

Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, charge capture, and denial workflows

Experience with EHR / PM systems such as Epic or Athenahealth

Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
