The Big Biscuit, “Don’t Mess With Breakfast,” located in Arkansas, is looking for a full-time General Manager to join our restaurant team!

Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to :

Ordering

  • Scheduling
  • Food Safety
  • Guest Relationships
  • Training and Developing Leaders
  • Inventory Management

    • Requirements :

    Positive attitude, accountability, and a high degree of initiative

  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is preferred ServSafe certification is a plus!

    • Weekends are required; that's when we are the busiest! Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
