Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position - Knightdale and Clayton Offices

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
  • Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients’ functional goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery
  • Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomes
  • Provide oversight of daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality patient care.
  • Lead, mentor, and support physical therapy staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and assist with strategic planning for clinic development

    • Qualifications :

  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience as PT
