A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician II to provide remote technical support for retail customer incidents.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide professional phone support for technical issues and ensure compliance with SLAs
Document incident transactions and perform troubleshooting to restore service
Diagnose and resolve hardware incidents for various systems and support onsite technicians
Required Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Point-of-Sale (POS) and / or Self-Checkout qualifications
Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Hands-on experience troubleshooting POS systems, networks, and computers
