Were hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K12 school-based services for the school year . Whether youre an experienced school SLPA or new to the field youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this workand is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

  • Caseload : Multiple caseloads available (K12)
  • Schedule : Full time available roughly 7 : 30 - 3 : 30 (depending on school site)
  • Hours : 37.5 hours / week
  • Dates : ASAP May 29 2026 with potential to renew for 2026 - 2027 school year
  • Location : Onsite in Austin Texas

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
  • Support data collection progress monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP teachers and school staff
  • Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
  • Participate in team meetings as appropriate

    • Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid TX SLPA license or registration
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
  • Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
