Junior Sales Associate
The Junior Sales Associate plays a critical support role to Senior Sales Associates and the Territory / Showroom Manager, while progressively developing their own sales portfolio. This position is designed as a structured growth role, with a clear path toward promotion to Senior Sales based on performance and mastery of core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day sales support to Senior Sales Associates and the Territory / Showroom Manager, including :
- Custom order entry and processing
- Payment collection and documentation
- Order status updates
- Coordination of shipping and delivery
Serve as the primary in-showroom point of contact for immediate client needs, including :
Support sales presentations by assisting with :
Liaise with Client Services and Purchasing Managers to :
Develop and manage a personal client list through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and sales activity while gaining experience in showroom operations and custom product workflows.
Experience :
Customer service / sales experience - required
Interior design background - preferred
