authorization management role-based access control

backup and disaster recovery

implementing and monitoring a suitable solution

regular recovery tests

logging and monitoring

incident management and handling

basic server hardware maintenance

exchanging defect components

RMA processes logistics

end user support for managed systems

needs to be further confirmed based on our finalized framework and deployment method (self-hosted vs on-prem managed)

Tasks

general systems administration

ensuring availability according to planned SLA

configuration changes

maintenance of all components and overall solution

security patching

regular updates

hardware maintenance where and when necessary

end user support for managed systems

coordination with Siemens Energy IT and cyber security staff
