Director of Technology Services

A company is looking for a Director of Technology Services responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the IT function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor and contract relationships, including lifecycle management and service delivery

Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring effective support workflows and onboarding / offboarding processes

Lead and develop IT support staff while tracking operational KPIs and implementing governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT operations or technology services leadership

Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, or outsourced IT partners

Strong background in helpdesk operations and service delivery

Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience

Financial acumen and vendor negotiation skills
