o Beds : 35

o Covid vaccine required

o Beds : 2

o Experience? 1 year

o First-time traveler? Upon review

Patient Types :

o Inpatient / Outpatient / ED

Covid & PPE : Patient Ratios :

o 1 : 1

Required Certifications :

o BLS, ARRT and CT board and WI state license

Skills required

o General CT and Flouro, X-ray, CTA and aspiration, Surgical imaging,

Support on the Unit :

o Charge nurse :

o Phlebotomy

o RT

o Hospitalistnot on site

Charting System / Equipment :

o EPIC

o Toshiba X-ray, and Fuji portable, OEC sea arm

Floating : o Flouro, CT, Xray

Orientation :

o 1 shift on the unit to learn the flow

Scheduling :

o Weekend rotation every other

o Can we approve time off? 7 days

o Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule?

o Holiday Expectations : varies
