Manager, Technical Consulting (Sacramento, CA). Serve as the main point of contact responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client feedback & leading team meetings. Mentor & guide Senior Consultants, Consultants & Analysts to foster tech'l dvlpmt. Deliver consulting projects & ensure quality, budget, & timely delivery. Execute specialty project tasks based on areas of expertise. Review & approve methodology & approach of projects. Interface w / clients, project stakeholders, & partner firms. Report project status, incl budget & project schedule, to Principal. Monitor clients' RFPs & actively identify opportunities throughout the project. Prep proposals & pursuits, incl the dvlpmt of project methodologies, budgets, & schedules & presenting strategic recommendations. Conduct fin'l modeling of operations & maintenance & economic analysis. Bach's Deg Business Administration or Finance (or foreign equiv) & 5 yrs of rltd exp w / in the rail sector, incl exp w / budget planning, Economic Analysis, project implmtn, & controlling.
