1. Valid LVN license in the state of practice.

2. Current CPR / BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).

3. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on clinical experience preferred.

4. Knowledge of basic nursing practices and state scope of practice regulations.

5. Ability to work independently while recognizing when to escalate issues.

6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.

7. Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus.
