The Opportunity

We're seeking a mid- to senior-level Structural BIM Drafter / Modeler or BIM Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining detailed 3D structural models and construction documents in Revit while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members. This role offers clear paths for advancement through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and exposure to challenging, high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural BIM models in Revit for residential and commercial projects
• Produce clear, well-organized structural drawings, plans, and details from engineering markups and design sketches
• Set up and manage Revit project templates, views, sheets, and worksets to support efficient project delivery
• Coordinate models with architects and other consultants, helping identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues
• Ensure that drawings and models adhere to company and industry BIM standards and project-specific requirements
• Assist structural engineers with revisions, RFIs, and permit submittals, incorporating comments from building departments and clients
• Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and content libraries, and provide guidance to junior drafters as needed
